Established in the fitness industry with over 16 years experience! Jason Grange has made a name for himself as a trainer who gets results. He has worked extensively with a full spectrum of clients including adults, children and the elderly of various nationalities / ethnicities. Jason has also worked as a strength and conditioning coach to professional athletes and sports teams, worked in rehabilitation as well as lecturing and assessing other personal trainers extensively on all matters related to the improvement of physical performance.
The fitness industry seems to have become a modelling contest. My goal is to educate my clients and shift their focus from 'aesthetic' goals only (weight loss, body fat etc) and perhaps concentrate on physical performance. For example, measuring and increasing strength or power, running further, sprinting faster, jumping higher, swimming quicker, climbing higher, moving without pain or injury, improving spinal alignment, staying hydrated, eating good food, sleeping and basically moving and having fun. Your body will adapt as your performance level increases and you will have a more pleasing 'aesthetic' look as a consequence of what your body can do, PLUS you will be as strong as you look.
